How I work
I’m Joshua Tivade, a Counselling Psychologist working with professionals, young adults and couples navigating stress, emotional fatigue, relationship difficulties and periods of feeling stuck. My approach is structured, reflective and practical, informed primarily by CBT and integrative psychological frameworks. Since 2017, I’ve supported individuals across emotional, relational and performance-related concerns.
