Refund Policy

Clear policies help protect time, commitment, and continuity of care.

This policy is intended to ensure clarity, fairness and mutual respect of time.

Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked on a per-session basis. Full payment is required in advance to confirm appointments.

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled directly through the website at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

If a session is missed without prior notice or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. A new booking and payment will be required to schedule another session.

Where applicable, approved refunds are processed manually and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Eligible refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued via an agreed alternative method

Cancellations, rescheduling and administrative communication are handled outside sessions. Therapeutic work is reserved for scheduled session time to ensure quality and containment of care.
