Refund Policy

Clear policies help protect time, commitment, and continuity of care.

This policy is intended to ensure clarity, fairness and mutual respect of time.

Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked on a per-session basis. Payment is required in advance to confirm appointments.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting me via email, phone or message at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed sessions, are charged in full.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued via an agreed alternative method

  • Refunds outside the stated cancellation window are handled on a discretionary, case-by-case basis

Cancellations, rescheduling and administrative communication are handled outside sessions. Therapeutic work is reserved for scheduled session time to ensure quality and containment of care.
