How Sessions work

Every session follows the same structured arc — adjusted to where you are in the process. The aim is not endless reflection, but meaningful development that increases clarity, resilience and functional strength over time.

Before your first session
Before booking, you’ll be asked to complete a brief intake and informed consent form.
The form outlines:
• How the counselling process works
• Confidentiality and its limits
• Practical information regarding sessions, communication and cancellations
• A few background questions to help provide greater clarity and direction from the very first session
It typically takes about 10–15 minutes to complete, and you’re welcome to go at your own pace.
