Service Description
Group leadership workshops are designed for managers and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership presence, communication and decision-making skills. These workshops are ideal for organisations investing in capable, self-aware leadership that supports both performance and people. Workshops address real-world leadership challenges such as managing difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, navigating conflict, handling pressure, motivating teams and making decisions under uncertainty. Participants examine their leadership style, communication patterns and behavioural impact in practical, accessible ways. The format balances structured insight with applied exercises, encouraging reflection alongside actionable strategies. The focus remains grounded in workplace effectiveness rather than clinical exploration. These workshops are suited for organisations that want leaders who combine clarity, accountability and emotional intelligence in their everyday management.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website to confirm your scheduled time. Once payment is completed, an email confirmation will be sent. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled directly through the website at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If a session is missed without prior notice or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. A new booking and payment will be required to schedule another session. Where applicable, approved refunds are processed manually and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, uninterrupted space for the duration of the session. If technical issues arise due to client-side connectivity or environment disruptions, the session will proceed within the scheduled time and will not be extended or rescheduled. In the event of technical difficulties originating from the practitioner’s side that prevent completion of the session, the remaining time will be rescheduled at mutual convenience. Session timings are observed carefully. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you join late, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Sessions must be attended from a private, stationary and safe environment. Sessions will not proceed if the client is driving or under the influence of substances. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will aim to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is required at shorter notice due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible via email and/or phone. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate at the time of booking, including the preferred number for calls or WhatsApp communication if needed.
