Service Description
Individual wellness sessions focus on stress, burnout, emotional regulation, and day-to-day mental wellbeing without entering long-term therapeutic work. Sessions are present-focused, skills-oriented, and aimed at helping you stabilise, ground, and function more effectively in daily life. This service is ideal for those seeking short-term support, psychoeducation, clarity around mental health concerns or maintenance sessions without ongoing counselling.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings, cancellations or reschedules can take place latest 24 hours before the session. If you miss a session without cancelling in advance or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will have to make a fresh booking charge to schedule a new session, forgoing the previous booking charge made. The session time is taken very seriously (start and end). If you are late for a session, only the balance time will constitute the session for that day. If I have to cancel a session, I will do my best to give you 24 hours notice. Any cancellations at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you via email. Only if I have your permission to contact you by telephone/ mobile, will I call to let you know of any short notice cancellations.
